The Embassy of Guyana to the Kingdom of Belgium only provides visas to persons in Europe and Africa. If you are not located in either region, this Embassy cannot issue a visa to you.

3. Alternatively, you can apply for a Visa on Arrival, please read and follow all instructions. Guyana's Embassies do not issue visa on arrival. The Visa on Arrival is issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, through this website: Click here 

4. After obtaining the Visa, you may need 'OK TO BOARD'  This is issued by the airline.
